2 tbsp oil
Water
Coriander according to requirement
100g soaked masoor (red gram)
2 onions finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
Salt according to requirement
7-8 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp mix masala
1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
1/4 tsp hing (asafoetida)
1 tsp rai (mustard seeds)
