This easy, spicy and masala filled crispy chicken is definitely going to be a party pleaser!MASALEDAR CRISPY CHICKENIngredients300 grams boneless chicken breastsSalt to taste½ lemon½ tbsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste¼ cup corn flour¼ cup gram flour (besan)1 tsp garam masala powder¼ tsp turmeric powder Crushed black peppercorns to taste½ tsp red chilli powder½ tsp cumin powder¼ tsp coriander powder¼ tsp chaat masalaA pinch dry mango powder (amchur)Oil for deep fryingStir fry1 tbsp oil1 tbsp finely chopped garlic1 small green capsicum, cut into ½ inch dices1 small yellow capsicum, cut into ½ inch dices1 small red capsicum, cut into ½ inch dicesSalt to tasteA pinch garam masala powderA pinch of chaat masalaA pinch of red chilli powder1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leavesTo serveGreen chutneyOnion ringsLemon wedges Method1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and transfer into a bowl, add salt, squeeze the juice of lemon and add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, corn flour, gram flour, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, crushed black peppercorns, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, and dry mango powder and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.2. Heat oil in a kadai, slide in the chicken pieces, deep fry till golden brown and crisp.3. To make stir fry, heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté till golden brown. Add green capsicum, yellow capsicum, and red capsicum and sauté well.4. Add salt, garam masala powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder and mix well. Add fried chicken and sauté on high heat.5. Add coriander leaves, mix and take the pan off the heat.
