MASALA SATTUIngredients1½ cups sattu1 medium onion1 lemon1 green chilli6-8 fresh coriander sprigsSalt to tasteBlack salt to taste1 tsp roasted cumin powderChaat masala to sprinkleMethod1. Peel and chop onion finely. Halve the lemon.2. Chop green chilli finely. Chop coriander finely.3. Take sattu in a mixing bowl. Add salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder.4. Add 1½ cups water and mix well.5. Add chopped onion, green chilli and squeeze lemon.6. Add 2 cups water and mix well.7. Transfer into individual serving bowls.
