Spicy stir fried rice with spices and vegetables, this is what Maharastra eats in evening tiffins and morning snacks..

Ingredients:
Rice soaked - 2 cups
French beans - 8-10 nos
Carrot sliced - 1/2 nos
Potato sliced - 1 nos
Onion sliced - 2 nos medium
Tomato - 2 nos medium
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Bay leaves - 2-3 nos
Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
Black cardamom - 2 nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Shahi biryani masala - 2 tsp
Water as required
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp

Method:
1) Heat oil in a handi add bay leaves cinnamon stick black cardamom and sliced onion saute for a while
2) Add ginger garlic paste, french beans, carrot, potatoes and green peas, sauté well now add salt red chilli powder garam Masala
3) Add tomatoes and soaked rice, now add shahi biryani Masala add water and let it cook on a low flame for about 20-25 mins or till the rice is done and serve hot
