Ingredients:

· 250 gm Parval
· 1 Chopped Onion
· 3 tbsp. Grated Coconut
· 1 tsp. Ginger-Chili Paste
· 1 tsp. White Sesame Seeds
· ½ tsp. Garam Masala
· ½ tsp. Turmeric
· ½ tsp. Sugar
· ½ tsp. Mustard Seeds
· ½ tsp. Lemon Juice
· 4 tbsp. Oil
· Salt to taste


Method:

1. Wash the parval and slice them.
2. Heat the oil and mustard in a frying pan. Add the chopped onion and stir until golden brown.
3. Add the parval to it, cover with the lid and let it cook for 8-10 minutes.
4. Once cooked, add all the spices and ginger-chili paste; stir and let it cook for 2-3 minutes with the lid closed.

Serve hot with Paratha or Rotli/Chapati.
