MASALA NUTSIngredients 1 tsp castor sugar½ tsp green cardamom powderSalt to taste1 tsp chaat masala½ tsp red chilli powder½ cup walnuts½ cup cashewnuts½ cup almondsOil for deep-fryingMethod1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.2. To prepare masala, take castor sugar in a bowl. Add cardamom powder, salt, chaat masala and chilli powder and mix. 3. Deep-fry walnuts in hot oil on low heat till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Similarly, deep-fry cashewnuts and almonds.4. Transfer the fried nuts in another bowl, sprinkle some prepared masala on top and mix well. Set aside and bring down to room temperature.5. Store in a jar.
