Rajasthani Dal Baati makki ki in cooker, cooker me bati banane ki vidhi, Makke ka Bafla, #DalBati #DalBafla #BatiRecipeIngredients:Maize Flour - 1.5 cups (200 gms)Wheat Flour - 1 cup (150 gms)Oil - ¼ cup (50 gms)Ghee - 3 to 4 tbsp (50 gms)Baking Soda - ¼ tsp Carom Seeds - ½ tsp Salt - ¾ tsp or to taste How to make Makka Bati 1- For the Dough, take 1.5 cups of Maize flour in a bowl, add 1 cup of Wheat flour in it along with 3/4 tsp of Salt, 1/2 tsp of Carom Seeds, 1/4 tsp of Baking Soda, 1/4 cup of Oil and mix all the Ingredients properly. 2- Take 1 cup and 2 tbsp lukewarm water in a cup to knead the dough.3- Knead the regular dough by adding water in intervals, cover and keep the dough aside for 15 - 20 minutes.4- After 15 minutes, the dough has set. 5- Grease your palms with some Oil and knead the dough slightly.6- Preheat the cooker to make Bati in it, add 2 cups of salt in it and heat it.7- Place a stand in a cooker and cover to heat it for 7 - 8 minutes on the high flame.8- In the meantime, prepare the Batis by placing them on the stand.9- Grease the plate before placing Bati in it.10- Divide a dough lump, roll it and press to flatten it.11- Prepare all Bati in the same way. Place the Batis while maintaining the distance between them12- Grease the Bati with some Oil. Lift the plate and place it carefully in the cooker.13- Close the lid of Cooker to cook them on the high flame for 16 minutes.14- Check them after 16 minutes. Batis has expanded and cracked after 16 minutes.15- They are slightly baked from the bottom so we will bake them for some more time.16- Cover and cook them for 6 minutes then, check it.17- They have baked properly from the bottom too so we will flip them.18- Close the lid of the cooker and bake Batis for 5-6 minutes.19- Batis have baked, they appear Golden Brown from both the sides after 6 minutes.20- It takes 26 to 27 minutes to bake a single round of Batis.21- Dip these in the clarified butter.
