Whole wheat Indian flat bread made with lentils, sesame seeds and garlicky flavoured pan fried parathas.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour 1 tb
Chilly powder 1 ts
Salt
Sesame seeds (Til Seeds) 1 ts
Garlic chopped 1 ts
Urad daal 1 ts
Amtur powder ½ ts
Butter for cooking.
Paratha dough as required

Directions:

Take a bowl, add wheat flour, chilly powder, salt, sesame seeds, garlic chopped, urad daal (soaked in the water overnight), and amchur powder, mix it well and keep it aside.

Take a paratha dough and use rolling pin roll the thin sheet, apply the butter on top and sprinkle the dry flour and spread it and make the layers and roll the sheet fold it criss cross like fanfold & make the layers facing outwards like circle, roll them like a round sheet, spread the urad daal, garlic masala on top and once roll it, place the paratha on the griddle masala side will go down and apply the butter and cook it on both sides.

Serve this with raitha.
