Masala Idli

Ingredients:
Idli
Onions (sliced) 1 medium
Carrots 1 cup
Cauliflower 1 cup
capsicum 1 cup
Tomato 1 cup
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Salt
Red Pepper Powder 1/2tsp

Method:
1. Add 1 tbsp of oil in pan ,when it gets hot, add mustard seeds in it and cook them till they start crackle.
2. Add onions and saute them for 2-3 mins or till translucent.Don't overcook the onions , we need a little bit on raw side to add crunch.
3. Add carrots, cauliflower and salt and cook them for 3-4 minutes. Don't overcook the veggies we cook it till 90% again to add crunch in our masala idli.
4. After 4 mins add capsicum and cook it for 1 minute,
5. Add red pepper powder and mix them well and then add idli in it
6.Add tomato and mix them and cook them for 1-2 minutes.
7.Add tomato ketchup( according to your taste) and mix them well.
8.Turn off the flame.Our Masala Idli is ready to serve.
serve it as a breakfast, as evening snack or you can give as lunchbox item to your kids.
