Ingredient:
Gobi - florets me cut - 1/2 medium size 20-25 florets
Pani - boil karne ke lie
Salt - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp

Masala ke lie -
Jeera - 1 tsp
Saunf - 1 tsp
Dhania Seeds - 1 tsp
Kali Mirch - 1/2 tsp
Laung - 2-3
Ajwain - 1/4 tsp


Amchoor - 1 tsp
Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp
Namak - taste hisab se
Pani - 1/2 cup
Besan - 1.5 cup
Chawal ka Atta - 2 tbsp
Namak - to taste
Cashew Nuts - 3-4 piece
Oil
Chat Masala - to sprinkle
