Ingredients:
Rice (boiled) 2 cup
Cumin seeds 1 ts
Bay leaf 2 n
Cashew nuts 50 g
Curry leaves 6 n
Green chilly 3 n
Onion chopped 2 n
Salt
Turmeric
Chilly powder 1 ts


Method:
1. Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, bay leaf, and cashew nuts, curry leaves, green chilly, green peas, chopped onions, salt, and turmeric.
2. Add Chilly powder, and boiled rice and mix this well.
