Masala Fry Idly | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Masala Fry Idly is a delicious and quick snack - a medley of leftover idli's and some spicy masala's are added to it to give a spicy and additional flavor.

Ingredients:
Garlic 5-6 Pods
Oil 2 Teaspoons
Mustard Seeds 1/4 Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves 2 Sprigs
Onions(chopped) 1 NUmber
Turmeric Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Garam Masala 1/4 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Chilli powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Tomatoes(chopped) 2 Number
Coriander Leaves 1/2 Bunch
Bell Peppers 1/2 Cup
Leftover idlys 5 Number

Method:
1. First, add Garlic in a motor pestle and crush them.
2. Now heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, crushed Garlic, Ginger Garlic paste, curry leaves, onions, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, tomatoes, coriander leaves, bell peppers and saute them till the oil oozes out.
3. Then add Leftover idly pieces and by closing the lid fry them for 2 minutes and serve hot with any chutney.
