Masala Fry Idly is a delicious and quick snack - a medley of leftover idli's and some spicy masala's are added to it to give a spicy and additional flavor. Ingredients:Garlic 5-6 PodsOil 2 TeaspoonsMustard Seeds 1/4 TeaspoonCumin Seeds 1/4 teaspoonGinger Garlic paste 1 TeaspoonCurry Leaves 2 SprigsOnions(chopped) 1 NUmberTurmeric Powder 1/4 TeaspoonGaram Masala 1/4 TeaspoonCoriander Powder 1/4 TeaspoonChilli powder 1/4 TeaspoonSalt To TasteTomatoes(chopped) 2 Number Coriander Leaves 1/2 BunchBell Peppers 1/2 CupLeftover idlys 5 NumberMethod:1. First, add Garlic in a motor pestle and crush them.2. Now heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, crushed Garlic, Ginger Garlic paste, curry leaves, onions, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, tomatoes, coriander leaves, bell peppers and saute them till the oil oozes out.3.
