Ingredient:


Besan/Gram flour- 2 Cups
Oil
Water - 2.5 cups
Salt
1chopped onion
1 TSP Ginger garlic paste
Chilli flakes - 1TSP
Red Chilli 1 TSP
Cumin powder 1 TSP
black-pepper- 1TSP
Green Chilli


How to prepare?

Add 2 cups Besan and salt and 2.5 cups Water mix it nicely
Add Chilli flakes and onion.
Add chopped green chillies
Add red chilli (1 TSP)
Add cumin powder (1TSP)
Add salt ( as per taste)
Add Kasuri Methi
Add black-pepper
Mix it well and prepare a nice batter
Heat the tawa
Add oil
Pour 2 ladle full of batter in the center.
Spread as much as possible
Flip it and cook pressing down
Cook till brown color .
