(Serves - 2 People)
- 4 Chicken Wings
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/4 cup Schezwan Sauce
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 3 Tbsp Sring onion bulb and greens (finely chopped)
- Salt (as per taste)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
- 1/8 cup Water
- Oil for frying
