Interesting dessert jar with cream, coffee cake and marshmallows.MARSHMALLOW COFFEE CAKE JARSIngredients 6-7 marshmallows 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder ½ medium chocolate sponge cake1 cup whipped cream1 cup grated cottage cheese 1 tablespoon rum 1 teaspoon vanilla essenceMethod 1. Put whipped cream into a bowl, add cottage cheese and mix well. Put this into a piping bag and refrigerate for ½ an hour. 2. Cut chocolate sponge cake into small cubes. 3. Heat some water in a non-stick pan, add coffee powder, the cake cubes and rum. Mix well. Cook till the cake soaks all the liquid. 4. Halve marshmallows. 5. Put the cake cubes at the bottom of the jar, pipe out cottage mixture over it repeat this once more. 6. Serve immediately.
