Mango White Chocolate Cream Squares

Measurement cup : 200 ml
Ingredients :
Milk - 1 1/4th cup
Custard powder - 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar - 1 cup
Oil/Melted butter - 1/2 cup
Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla/Mango essence - 1/2 tsp
Hot water - 1/4th cup

- Bake @180*C for 40-45 mins or till the cake comes clean with a toothpick.

Flavourful Tips:
-All the ingredients used should be in room temperature
-Alphonso mangoes have been used as it gives a nice colour to the cake and the thick pulp is made without adding water.
-If you find the cake batter thick, 1-2 tbsp milk can be used the adjust the consistency.
- Dont over-beat the cake batter as it will result in a dense cake.
-Jaggery powder can be used for healthy alternative but will lead to change in colour of cake
-For perfect slices, cut the cake after it is cooled completely

White Chocolate cream:
Chilled whipping/heavy cream - 1 cup
Powdered sugar - 1/4th cup
Melted white chocolate - 1/3rd cup

Fresh mangoes to garnish
