Mango Salsa
Everything about this salsa is mind-bogglingly unique! Imagine combining tomatoes and mangoes, that too with spring onions, capsicum and celery. This soft and crunchy combo is further enhanced with the right spices and herbs, to create a thoroughly tongue tingling Mango Salsa, which goes beautifully with Nacho chips.


Preparation Time: 10 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped mangoes
Salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped spring onions whites
1 tbsp chopped celery (ajmoda)
1 tbsp chopped capsicum
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes
1/2 tsp oregano

For serving
Tortilla Chips


Method
1. Combine the tomatoes and mangoes in a bowl and lightly mash them with the back of a spoon.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate for atleast 2 hours.
3. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
