This soft and crunchy combo is further enhanced with the right spices and herbs, to create a thoroughly tongue tingling Mango Salsa, which goes beautifully with Nacho chips.Preparation Time: 10 minutes.Makes 4 servings.Ingredients3/4 cup chopped tomatoes1/2 cup chopped mangoesSalt to taste2 tbsp chopped spring onions whites1 tbsp chopped celery (ajmoda)1 tbsp chopped capsicum1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp oreganoFor serving Tortilla ChipsMethod 1. Combine the tomatoes and mangoes in a bowl and lightly mash them with the back of a spoon.2. Add all the remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate for atleast 2 hours.3. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
