Mango Ladoos | Indian Mom's Kitchen

In this video, I have shown how to make ladoos at home with puree of fresh Alphonso mangoes. You may use any variety of mangoes for making these delicious ladoos.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Alphonso mango puree (fresh)
3 cups Coconut powder (desiccated)
3/4 cup condensed Milk
1 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Raisins
2 tbsp chopped Nuts

Method: Heat Ghee in a pan and fry the Nuts and Raisins till golden. Add the coconut powder and saute till lightly toasted. Pour the condensed Milk and mix well. Take off from flame and add Mango puree. Combine well and let the mixture cool a bit. Take small portions and shape into ladoos. Finally, roll these ladoos in a little Coconut powder.
