Mango Kadhi is an excellent side dish made with mango juice added to ghee tempered yogurt besan mix; boiled together till you get a soupy consistency. Goes well with poori, roti etc!


Ingredients

Besan (chick pea flour) 2 Tablespoons
Curd 1 Cup
Hing 1 Pinch
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Chilly powder 1 Tablespoons
Whole red chilly 3 Numbers
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
Cinnamon 2 Stricks
Cloves 2 Numbers
Ghee 1/2 Teaspoons
Mango juice 2 Cup
Salt To Taste
Sugar 2 Tablespoons
Curry leaves 1 Springs

Directions

Heat ghee in pan add cloves, cinnamon, cumin seeds, red chilly whole, curry leaves, add chilly powder, turmeric, hing, add curd amp; besan (chick pea flour) mixture, mix this and add mango juice, salt, sugar, once this comes to boil, then switch off the flame
