A seasonal yet delicious recipe, this Mango Ice-cream is the perfect recipe for summer. Soothing and cooling, this dish is appealing to both young and old.

MANGO ICE CREAM

Ingredients

1 cup mango pulp
1 cup milk powder
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup fresh cream
1½ cup milk
Chopped mango for topping
Dark chocolate shavings for garnishing

Method

1. Blend together milk powder, sugar, cream, mango pulp and milk in a smoothie jar.
2. Pour the blended mixture into an air tight container, top with chopped mangoes and freeze till set.
3. Scoop out in martini glasses and garnish with dark chocolate shavings.
4. Serve immediately.
