Please do try out the recipe before Mangoes leave us this year.Mango SheeraIngredients:Rava/Sooj/Semolina - 1 cupSugar - 2 cupsMango pulp - 2 cupsWater - 2 cupsGhee - ¼ cup or as requiredCashew Nuts - as requiredMethod:Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and keep it boiling over sim flameMeanwhile heat some ghee in a thick kadai/panRoast the Rava/Sooji and cashew nuts in the ghee till nice aroma of rava emanatesAdd the boiling water to the roasted Rava and briskly cook togetherNow, add the sugar and allow everything to blend together - the mixture will turn liquidy now due to the addition of sugarKeep cooking till everything thickens Now, add the mango pulp and cook together While stirring, add few tsps of ghee now and thenWhen the Sheera/Kesari is non-sticky, it’s ready to serve
