In a pot heat oil, saute garlic, ginger and cook for a minute. Add chilies and cook for a minute again.2. Add chicken mince and cook until it changes color.3. Add carrots, cabbage, green beans, capsicum, mushrooms and saute for 2 minutes on high flame.4. Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, white pepper and toss for a minute. 5. Add chicken stock and bring it to boil. Keep boiling for 7-10 minutes or until it reduces to ¾th of the original quantity.6. Add slurry while stirring continuously and cook further for 1-2 minutes.7. Add egg whites and cook for 1-2 minutes while mixing constantly.8. Add coriander leaves and green onion and give it a good mix.9.
