Vegetarian Jain Manchow Soup with fried noodles is hot spicy and easy to prepare. Its enjoyed especially during the Winter. It is an Indian Chinese cuisine and is a must try recipe.

Ingredients Required for
A) Vegetable Stock
1/2 cup Bottle Guard
1 cup Cabbage
3-4 Baby corn
1/2 Raw Banana
Few Celery leaves
1 & 1/2 glass of Water

B) Manchow Soup
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Green Chillies
1/2 bowl Cabbage (finely chopped)
1/2 bowl Capsicum (finely chopped)
2-3 Baby Corn (finely chopped)
1/2 Tomato (finely chopped)
1/4 tbsp Pepper
1 tbsp Salt
Few Coriander leaves
Vegetable stock
2-3 tbsp Soya Sauce
1-2 tbsp Cornflour diluted in water (optional)
Serve hot with Fried Noodles!
