Ingredients
Mango: 1 No
Garlic: as needed
Green Chilies: as needed
Salt: to taste
Cumin Seeds: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Mint Leaves: 3 or 4
Coriander Leaves: a few
Method of Preparation:

Tastess Chutney recipe with smokedRaww Mango.
Along with Mango Garlic Cloves and Green, Chilies are also smoked and the Chutney needs no more ingredients like Oil as well.
Take a Mango, brush some oil on it, take a Phulka Grill, place it on the stove, and place the Mango on it.
Roast it on all the sides, when the Mango is half done add a few Garlic Cloves and Green Chilies and roast them all.
After they are done, put off the flame, take them all, and let them cool down. Peel the Garlic Cloves.
Add the peeled Garlic and Green Chilies to a grinding stone, peel off the Mango cut it into pieces and place it aside for a while
The Chutney can be ground in mixie also but it would taste good when it is coarsely ground in a grinding stone.
Add salt to taste and 1/2 a Tsp of Cumin Seeds, then add Mango pieces, add a few Mint and Coriander Leaves, and grind well.
Adjust the taste if needed.
Transfer it to a bowl, can be stored and served for 2 to 3 days, store it in a fridge and add some Oil and mix if you wish to.
Ready tangy, yummy, and a flavorful Chutney recipe.
