Enjoy this Malpua recipe in this monsoon season
In this monsoon season or in saavan ,enjoy krein malpua ko. This is our traditional Indian recipe. Everybody loves to eat malpua in saavan or monsoon . Most of you complains that we cannot make like they are in market.Follow this recipe ,i am sure everybody will gonna love this malpua recipe.

Ingredients:
Maida (all purpose flour) 1 cup
Suji(semolina) 1/4cup
Besan (gram flour) ¼ cup
Mawa (khoya) 1cup
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 2cup
Elaichi powder(cardamom powder)

Method:
Prepare the batter:
1.Add maida, besan, and suji and elaichi powder and mix them well
2. Add mawa or khoya in a seperate bowl and milk and mix it well so that there should not be any lumps in mawa or khoya
3. add this prepared mixture of khaoya nad milk in dry ingredients and mix it with this
4. While mixing this add milk to adjust the consistency
5.Place the batter for 1 hour to rest
Prepare the sugar syrup:
1. Add water and sugar and mix it and boil it till 2-3 minutes or till it gets thick.
2. Add elaichi powder, kesar and elaichi
3. After 3 minutes,turn off the flame and let the sugar syrup comes to room temperature

Prepare the malpua:
1. Heat the desi ghee or oil to medium hot.
2. Once the oil gets hot ,add malpua batter and fry it till light golden brown in colour
3. Once it gets golden brown remove it from the oil on a absorbent paper.

Assemble the steps:
1. Dip the malpua in sugar syprup and place it in aplate
2. Garnish it with almons(badaam) and pistachio (pista)
