A very amazing potato dish that you get in restaurants and dhabas. this is rich and creamy aloo ki subzi that is best enjoyed with parathas and rotisIngredients QuantityPotatoes 3 nosoIl 1 tspgreen chilli chopped 2-3 nosginger juliennes ½ inchsalt to tastemilk 2 cupsmint leaves chopped 2-3 Tbspkasuri methi 1 Tbspblack pepper 1 Tbspsugar 1 tspbutter 1 Tbspfresh cream 2-3 TbspMethodPeel three potatoes and cut into roundels and keep aside.Heat oil in a pan add green chilies , ginger juliennes and sauté for 1 minsAdd potato roundels , salt and cook for 3-4 mins Add milk and cook for 4-5 mins.
