Malaiwale aloo | Creamy Poato curry | Resaturant Style | Chef Harpal singh sokhi | chefharpalsingh

A very amazing potato dish that you get in restaurants and dhabas. this is rich and creamy aloo ki subzi that is best enjoyed with parathas and rotis

Ingredients Quantity

Potatoes 3 nos
oIl 1 tsp
green chilli chopped 2-3 nos
ginger juliennes ½ inch
salt to taste
milk 2 cups
mint leaves chopped 2-3 Tbsp
kasuri methi 1 Tbsp
black pepper 1 Tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
butter 1 Tbsp
fresh cream 2-3 Tbsp

Method
Peel three potatoes and cut into roundels and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan add green chilies , ginger juliennes and sauté for 1 mins
Add potato roundels , salt and cook for 3-4 mins
Add milk and cook for 4-5 mins.
Add mint leaves chopped, Kasuri methi, black pepper, Sugar, butter and mix well.
Add cream and mix well and cook for 1 mins
Remove in a bowl and garnish with fresh cream and mint leaves.
Serve hot
