Mix cottage cheese cubes and lemon juice in a bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes. 2. Put cream, green chilli paste, ginger-garlic paste, salt, gram flour, cardamom powder and cheese in a bowl and mix well. Add marinated cottage cheese and capsicum and rub the mixture over it. Cover with a cling wrap and keep it in refrigerator for half an hour. 3. Thread the cottage cheese cubes and capsicum squares alternately onto skewers.4. Heat some butter in a non-stick grill pan, place the skewers over it. Cook till the grill marks appear on all the sides, basting butter. Drain on absorbent paper. 5. Arrange onion rings and coriander and mint chutney on a serving plate. Place paneer tikka on it, sprinkle chaat masala on the top and serve immediately.
