Powdered sugar - 1cup
All Purpose flour / Maida - 1.5 cup
Baking Powder - 1tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Milk - 3 tbsp (to adjust the consistency)

For Instant Rabri:
Milk - 350 ml
Sugar - 3 tbsp or to taste
Cardamom / Elaichi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron Strands - 10-12 soaked in milk (optional)
Cornflour - 3 tbsp
Yellow food colour (optional)

For cream:
Cream - 3/4 cup
