Chicken pieces coated with yogurt marination, cooked to perfection in an ovenMALAI CHICKEN TIKKA Ingredients250 grams boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces¼ cup hung yogurt4 tablespoons fresh cream½ cup grated processed cheese½ teaspoon green chilli paste½ tablespoon lemon juiceWhite pepper powder to taste¼ teaspoon green cardamom powderSalt to taste¼ teaspoon nutmeg (jaiphal) powder1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste½ teaspoon garam masala powder1 green chilli, finely chopped Butter for greasing Lemon wedges for serving Onion rings for servingGreen chutney for serving Method 1. Mix together yogurt, cream, green chilli paste, lemon juice, pepper powder, cardamom powder, salt, nutmeg powder, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, green chillies and cheese in a bowl. 2. Add chicken pieces and mix well. Refrigerate to marinate for 1-2 hours. 3. Preheat oven to 180̊ C. Line a baking tray with aluminium sheet and grease with some butter. 4. Skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto satay sticks and place them on a baking tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes. 5.
