In a bowl add curd, oil, and sugar. Whisk well until well combined.2. Now flour, baking powder, and baking soda and mix well. Now keep adding milk gradually while constantly mixing until the lump-free batter has been obtained. 3. Grease baking mold with oil and dust with flour. 4. Transfer the batter into the mold. 5. Add water to a large pot. Place a cooling rack in the center and let the water simmer. 6. Once the water starts simmering, turn the flame to low. Place the mold with batter in it. Cover with lid and let cook for 30-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.7. Let the cake cool down to room temperature. Prick holes into it. 8. In another pot, Bring milk to a boil and let simmer on low heat until it starts to reduce.9. Add condensed milk, cardamom powder and saffron strands and let cook over low flame until reduced half in quantity. Take it off the flame and let it cool to room temperature. 10. Pour the prepared milk syrup over the cake and let it absorb. 11.
