-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed half tbsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) tbsp
-Garam masala half tbsp
-Red chilli flakes half tbsp
-kasuri methi 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1 tsp
-dairy cream 2 tbsp
-yoghurt 2 tbsp
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
Paratha ingredients
Maida(all purpose flour) half kg
salt 2 tsp
oil 1 tbsp
water for kneading
ghee and flour for layering
Garlic may sauce
mayonnaise 2 tbsp
cur 2 tbsp
crea, 1 tbsp
b;ack pepper 1 tsp
red chilli flakes 1 tsp
garlic powder or paste half tsp
Green chatney plus 2 tbsp curd
Assembling:
-Paratha
-Prepared sauce
-Prepared chicken malai boti
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced
-Lettuce,gren chatney,peri peri sauce or chili garlic ketchup
