Making stewed beef with potatoes in Sichuan style #stewedbeef

Stewed beef in Sichuan style. Heres my full recipe:

1. Sear the beef (I used beef chuck) till golden brown, and set aside

2. Saute aromatics

3. Add beef back

4. Add water or beef stock, shaoxing cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce.

5. Turn heat to medium low, and cook about 1 and 1/2 hours till tender

6. Add potato chunks and cook about 15 minutes. Done!
