Making a raw vegan microbiome friendly marinara

Microbiome Friendly Marinara!

For the marinade:
Coconut aminos
Lemon juice
Grated garlic
Smoked paprika
Fennel seeds
Mustard powder
Chili powder

For the chunky:
Mushrooms
Kale
Broccoli
Onion
Frozen sunchokes
Frozen asparagus
Frozen green beans
Green onion

For the marinara:
6 dates
1 tomato
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 cup water (or more if needed)

Noodles:
Cucumber noodles (spiralized cucumber)

1 Whisk the marinade
2 Add the chunky veggies
3 Dehydrate veggies for an hour
4 blend marinara on high for 2 minutes to warm
5 Whivh sauce is blending, spiralize cucumber (or zucchini)
6 Take veggies out of the dehydrator
7 Place in a large bowl & add marinara
8 Mix and add to cucumber noodles!
