Gluten Free Croutons
Ingredients:
4 slices of gluten free bread, cut into cubes
2 - 3 Tbsp. kerrygold butter, melted
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Garlic powder
Salt
Dried basil
Dried parsley

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Slice the bread into inch square cubes and place in a medium bowl. Drizzle the melted butter over the bread and toss. Then drizzle the olive oil and toss again.

Then season with your favorite spices. I believe that salt and garlic powder are a must. Then follow with a nice sprinkle of both basil and parsley. I like to season and then toss and then repeat with another seasoning and toss to get every crouton seasoned well.

Spread out the cubes onto a parchment paper baking sheet so that each cube is touching the bottom of the pan. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes turning them halfway through this cooking time.

I cooked mine for 9 minutes and then turned them over and cooked an additional 6 minutes and mine were perfect.

Tip:
These store best uncovered in a bowl for 2 to 3 days. They stayed just as crispy as when they first came out of the oven. If you cover them with a lid or plastic wrap they get soft. No bueno.
