I make this green smoothie or shake about 3 or 4 times a week for breakfast. It's simple, easy and quick to make.

My recipe calls for:
1 green apple, cored
1/2 frozen banana
1 navel orange
small piece of coconut meat
1 handful of cilantro
1 to 2 cups of spinach
5 ice cubes
1/2 to 1 cup of liquid, I used coconut water

Blend in a high speed blender for 1 minute
