Lacha Paratha Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
2 cups Flour
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup Milk
Water as required
Directions:
- In a bowl add flour, ghee, salt, sugar and mix all together well.
- Add milk and gradually add water. Knead medium soft dough. Cover it with cling. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
- Roll out the dough and apply ghee and dust it with flour.

- 1st Method: Fold it as a fan plate. Apply some ghee on top of it and roll it out.
- Rest it for 10-15 minutes.

- 2nd Method: Roll out the dough quite thin.
- Apply ghee and dust it with flour.
- Cut it in a thin strip and then start folding from one side to the other.
- Then roll it around your hand and tie a knot.
- Rest it for 10-15 minutes.
- Now heat Tawa on medium flame.
- Roll out the paratha with your hands or rolling pin.
- Let it cook from one side then flip it over.
- Apply ghee and flip it again. Apply some more ghee. Cook until golden brown.
- Serve hot with Raita, Achaar etc.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Cooking Time: 6-8 minutes.
Serving: 2-3


Aloo Ka Paratha (Achari) Recipe in English:

Ingredients for Dough:
2 cups whole wheat flour
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Oil
Water (As Required)

Ingredients for Aloo Mixture:
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp Nigella Seeds
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Amchoor powder
1 tsp coriander powder
4 Large & mashed potatoes
1 tsp pickle Masala
2 Green chilies (Chopped)
Salt (As Needed)
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Oil (As Needed)

Directions for Dough:
1. First of all, take a bowl. Add whole wheat flour, salt, oil, and then mix well with the help of your hands by adding water gradually. Kneed a dough and leave it for 30 minutes

Directions for Paratha:
1. First of all add oil in a pan, then add fenugreek seeds, cumin, & fry for a while
2. Then add Nigella seeds, red chili powder, Amchoor powder, coriander powder, cook for a while
3. Then add, boiled & mashed potatoes & pickle Masala & cook well
4. Now add Chopped Green chilies, salt, coriander leaves, & cook well
5. Now take the dough (which we have prepared above) & make a round chapatti
6. Complete the panification process, keep applying oil at the both sides ( which is necessary for making paratha)
7. Your tasty Achari Aalo paratha is ready to serve


Mooli Ka Paratha Recipe in English:

Mooli Ka Paratha
Ingredients:
4 cups Wheat flour
2-3 tbsp. Oil
Water as required
2 White Radish (shredded)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. ginger
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
2-3 green chilies
1-2 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp. dries pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup green coriander
Oil for frying
Directions:
In a bowl add flour, oil mix well. then add water gradually. make a soft dough. keep it aside.
in another bowl add white radish and salt. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.
Now add water in it and squeeze out the water.
In on other bowl add white radish, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger, dried pomegranate seeds, garam masala and mix all together well.
Take out small piece of the dough and roll out. Spread Mooli mixture over it.
Then apply water on the edges of the dough.
Then put a 2nd layer of the dough over it.
Now heat Tawa and put prepared Paratha over it.
Apply oil and flip it over.
Cook both side for 2-3 minutes on medium heat or until it changes its color.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serving: 3-4


Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Maida ½ cup
- Salt as per taste
- Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
- Lukewarm Water ½ cup
- Onion half
- Black Olive 5g
- Green Capsicum 5g
- Red Capsicum 5g
- Yellow Capsicum 5g
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Mozzarella Cheese 20g
- Cheddar Cheese 20g
- Pizza Sauce 1 tbsp
- Cheese Slice 1 slice
- Ghee 2 tbsp
Cooking Method
1- In a bowl, add wheat flour, maida, salt, cooking oil, lukewarm water and mix it well.
2- Keep in the room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Dough is ready.
3- In another bowl, add onion, black olive, green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, oregano, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and mix it. Topping is ready.
4- Divide pizza dough into two balls and roll out each ball.
5- Now, place the pizza sauce, then spread toppings, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cheese slice on one dough and cover with other dough.
6- Fry with ghee until both sides are golden.
Your tasty Pizza Paratha now ready to serve.
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serve: 1
