Make and Freeze Chicken Mince
Ingredients for Chicken Mince:
Chicken mince 2 kg
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1/4 cup
Coriander (chopped) 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1/4 cup
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 2 tbsp
Gram masala powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp / to taste

Ingredients for Chicken Fingers:
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Water as required
Bread crumbs as required
Marinated chicken mince 500 g
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Kofta:
Marinated chicken mince 500 g
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Split chickpeas powder (roasted) 1 tbsp
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for chapli kabab:
Marinated chicken mince 500 g
Tomatoes (chopped) 3 tbsp
Makai ka atta 2 tbsp.
Dried pomegranate seeds (crushed) 2 tbsp
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Mini Kabab:
Marinated chicken mince 500 g
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Marinated Chicken Mince:
1. In a bowl add chicken mince, onion, green chilies, coriander, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, chili flakes, salt and garam masala. Mix it well. And divide it in 4 equal parts for 500 g each.

Directions for Chicken Fingers Preparation:
1. Take the chicken mince and give it a shape of a finger on wooden skewers.
2. Now for making a flour batter, take a bowl add flour, salt, red chili powder and water and mix it well to form thick batter.
3. Now dip the chicken sticks into batter and then coat in bread crumbs.
4. Add them to an airtight box. They can be frozen for up to 1 month.
5. In a pot heat oil and deep fry them until crispy and fully done. Your Chicken Fingers are ready.
Directions for Kofta Preparation:
1. Take marinated chicken mince, now add poppy seeds and roasted split chickpeas powder in it. Mix it well and give it a shape of kofta.
2. On a pan heat oil and add prepared kofta. Cook for 2-3 mins or until 50% done.
3. Now store these in an airtight bag in freezer for up to 1 month.
4. Defrost them before using.
5. Use them in any meal and enjoy.
Directions for Chapli Kabab:
1. Take marinated chicken mince, now add tomatoes, Makai ka atta, and dried pomegranate seeds. Mix it well and give it a shape of chapli kabab.
2. In a pan heat oil and add prepared chapli kabab. Cook each side for 2-3 mins or until 50% done.
3. Now store these in an airtight bag in freezer for up to 1 month.
4. Defrost them before using.
5. Use them in any meal and enjoy.
Directions for Mini kabab:
6. Take the marinated chicken mince and give it a shape of gola kabab on wooden skewers.
7. In a pan heat oil and add prepared mini kabab. Cook each side for 2-3 mins or until 50% done.
8. Now store these in an airtight bag in freezer for up to 1 month.
9. Defrost them before using.
10. Use them in any meal and enjoy.
