Maharashtrian Pomfret Masala is a mouth-watering, refreshing and delectable seafood delicacy made with pomfret fish stuffed with spices and cooked in luscious and spicy gravy. This recipe is one of the popular seafood dishes from the Maharashtrian cuisine.1 bunch Corriender Leaves (about 1/2 cup) 4 number Few mint leaves 6 number Garlic 1 piece Ginger (1 inch piece) 2 number Green Chillies 1 number Onion 1 number Pomfret Fish to taste salt, pepper, turmeric 2 number Tomatoes Clean and dry the pomfret. Cut it on one side just enough to make a slit in the belly for the filling. Apply salt, lemon juice and a little turmeric powder and set aside.. Grind to a paste all the above ingredients except the tomatoes. Heat oil, fry the masal well, then add tomatoes, and garam masala. Cool the mixture.
