Maggi Lasagna | Easy Homemade Lasagna With Maggi | Kanak's Kitchen

Hello guys! Lasagna is a baked Italian dish prepared with layers of cheese, pasta and vegetables. But today I will be showing you how to make lasagna with an Indian twist! You can easily make this at home. So lets get started!

INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp all purpose flour/maida
2 cups milk
Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
1/2 tsp mixed herbs seasoning
2 tbsp oil/butter
1 tbsp finely chopped/grated garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 onion chopped
Different coloured capsicums
1/2 carrot
Some mushrooms
Some boiled corns
1 cup tomato puree/chopped tomatoes
2-3 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 cups water
3 packets Maggi
1/2 cup processed cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
