Hi~ Todays challenge menu is gnocchi.
Recently, I went to Hong Kong and bought a gnocchi board. So, I tried making gnocchi.
In this video, I made 3 versions of gnocchi using plain potatoes, carrot and pumpkin.
And I cooked them by boiling and grilling them.
Since this is a challenge, there isnt a recipe. Enjoy the video!
