Ingen opvask, ingen pande ingen ingenting - bare ild og sten.

At lave mad p en varm sten er gte bushcraft madlavning - du skal bruge et bl og det emne, du vil tilberede - og mske kan du fange fisken derude. Hvis du gr det, kan du fange og lave mad p stedet - uden at medbringe en masse udstyr.

Brug IKKE VDE STEN eller FLINT, da de kan eksplodere/sprnge i ilden og forrsage skade, da stykkerne flyver omkring.

Vi tilbereder et stykke laks, men du kan tilberede mange ting p denne mde, en fiskefilet med skindet p er et godt udgangspunkt, fordi skindet vil beskytte kdet og lade det stege langsomt.

Vi tog dertil for at tilberede en laks, lave et dejligt bl og nyde de fredfyldte omgivelser og uv jage i skumringen.

Primitive cooking - Salmon on hot rocks, is a video from the beach in Denmark . We use a fire and some rocks as the only cooking tools.
No dishes, no pan no nothing - just fire and rock.
The sound on this video is good ASMR if you are into that.
Cooking food on a hot rock is real bushcraft cooking - you will need a firesteel and the subject you want to cook - and maybe you can catch/find it out there. If you do you can do catch clean and cook on the spot - without bringing a lot of equipment.
WARNING !!!
Do NOT use WET ROCKS or FLINT as they can explode in the fire and cause damage.
If you remember this its a fun way to cook over fire...
We cook a piece og salmon, but you can cook a lot of things this way, a fish fillet with the skin on it is a good starting point, because the skin will protect the meat and allow it to cook slowly.

Video is recorded in Early autumn at the beach. We went there to cook up a Salmon, make a nice fire and enjoy the peace full surroundings and the sunset.
