Ingredients:-
½ kg Surmai (Seer Fish)
1 tbsp. Roasted coriander seeds
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
1-inch Ginger, grated
2 medium Onions, sauteed
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tbsp. Chilli powder
Salt
1 tsp. Dry ginger powder
1 tsp. Amchur (Raw mango) powder
4 Green chillies
1 cup fresh coriander
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp. Clarified butter
Oil for pan frying


Method:-
1. Grind the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, onion, turmeric powder, chilli powder, sea salt, ginger powder, amchur powder, green chillies, coriander, lemon juice and butter together.
2. Marinate the fish for 2 hours and then pan fry until golden and crisp.
3. Serve with a tangy crispy salad of your choice.
