MACARONI CHAAT

Ingredients :

Macaroni pasta – 1 ½ cup
Water – 3 cups
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Boiled potato – 1 cup chopped
Capsicum – ½ cup chopped
Onion – ½ cup chopped
Tomato – 1 cup chopped
Boiled corn – 1/4th cup
Raw mango – 1/4th cup chopped
Cucumber – 1/4th cup chopped
Roasted Peanuts – 1/4th cup
Coriander – ½ cup chopped
Rock salt – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/4th tsp
Roasted jeera powder – 1 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mint chutney – 1 tbsp
Tamarind chutney – 3 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
