MAC AND CHEESE POPS

Ingredients

1 cup boiled macaroni
1½ tbsps Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo
2 tbsps Nutralite Garlic and Oregano Spread
2 tbsps refined flour
1½ cups milk
Salt to taste
5-6 parsley sprigs
2-3 tbsps dried breadcrumbs + for coating
Refined flour slurry as required
Melted Nutralite Garlic and Oregano Spread for brushing
Micro greens for garnish
Red radish slices for garnish

Method

1. Preheat air fryer to 180º C.
2. Heat Nutralite Garlic and Oregano Spread in a non-stick pan and let it melt. Add refined flour and mix well.
3. Add milk little by little, mixing constantly and cook till the mixture thickens.
4. Add macaroni and mix well. Add salt, mix well and take it off the heat. Transfer into a bowl and add Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo and mix well.
5. Finely chop parsley sprigs, add to the mixture and mix well. Set aside to cool.
6. Add 2-3 tbsps dried breadcrumbs and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll them into balls.
7. Dip these balls in the slurry and coat with dried breadcrumbs. Brush melted Nutralite Garlic and Oregano Spread on the balls.
8. Place the balls in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10-12 minutes.
9. Take them out of the air fryer, arrange them on a serving plate, garnish with micro greens and red radish slices and serve hot.
