MAC AND CHEESE POPS Ingredients1 cup boiled macaroni1½ tbsps Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo2 tbsps Nutralite Garlic and Oregano Spread2 tbsps refined flour1½ cups milkSalt to taste5-6 parsley sprigs2-3 tbsps dried breadcrumbs + for coatingRefined flour slurry as requiredMelted Nutralite Garlic and Oregano Spread for brushingMicro greens for garnishRed radish slices for garnishMethod1. Preheat air fryer to 180º C.2. Heat Nutralite Garlic and Oregano Spread in a non-stick pan and let it melt. Add refined flour and mix well.3. Add milk little by little, mixing constantly and cook till the mixture thickens.4. Add macaroni and mix well. Add salt, mix well and take it off the heat. Transfer into a bowl and add Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo and mix well.5. Finely chop parsley sprigs, add to the mixture and mix well. Set aside to cool.6. Add 2-3 tbsps dried breadcrumbs and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll them into balls. 7. Dip these balls in the slurry and coat with dried breadcrumbs. Brush melted Nutralite Garlic and Oregano Spread on the balls.8. Place the balls in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10-12 minutes.9. Take them out of the air fryer, arrange them on a serving plate, garnish with micro greens and red radish slices and serve hot.
