In a pressure cooker cook it till its soft and evenly cooked. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan add onions,salt,crushed garlic and cook it till onions are slightly coloured,add ginger garlic paste,tomato puree,kashmiri chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder. Now Add 1 Cup of butter and let it cook for 2-3 minutes and cooked dal along with the water and saute it for a minute.
