Lucknowi Kabab Handi
Ingredients for Lucknowi Kabab Handi:
Ghee 3 tbsp
Onions (finely chopped) 1 cup
Tomato puree 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Roasted cashew nut paste 1/4 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Degi mirch powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Hot water 1/4 cup
Green coriander (Chopped) as required
K&Ns Kabab Tikki (648 g)
Oil (frying) as required

Directions for Nawabi Lucknowi Kabab Tikki Handi:
1. Heat ghee in a deep saucepan and add finely chopped onions and saut until translucent.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste to the pan and cook for a few seconds.
3. Pour in the tomato puree and cook for 2-3 mins.
4. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Now add yogurt and cook until ghee separates. Stir in the cashew nut paste, cream, cardamom powder, and dried fenugreek. Cook for 2-3 mins. Add water and mix it well. Add degi mirch powder and cook for a minute.
6. Fry K&Ns Kabab Tikki as per instructions on the pack.
7. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve. Your Lucknowi Kabab Handi is ready.
