Heat ghee in a deep saucepan and add finely chopped onions and saut until translucent.2. Add ginger-garlic paste to the pan and cook for a few seconds.3. Pour in the tomato puree and cook for 2-3 mins.4. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.5. Now add yogurt and cook until ghee separates. Stir in the cashew nut paste, cream, cardamom powder, and dried fenugreek. Cook for 2-3 mins. Add water and mix it well. Add degi mirch powder and cook for a minute.6. Fry K&Ns Kabab Tikki as per instructions on the pack.7. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve.
