KETO OVERNIGHT OATS
12 cup coconut milk, full-fat recommended
14 cup hemp hearts
2 tsp chia seeds
18 tsp cinnamon
sweetener to taste
pinch of salt
To 4 jars, add dry ingredients to each. (The recipe above applies to EACH jari.e. 14 cup hemp hearts in each jar, etc.) Put on the lid and shake to combine. Store until ready to use. The night before youre ready to enjoy, add milk, stir, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir and add toppings. Adjust consistency with additional milk if preferred.

LOW CARB HOT PORRIDGE
12 cup coconut flour
14 cup ground flaxseed
14 cup hemp hearts
2 Tbsp sweetener of choice
14 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 cups milk
optional: 2 tsp grass-fed butter or ghee
To 4 jars, add dry ingredients to each. Put on the lid and shake to combine. Store until ready to use. When ready to enjoy, heat milk in a pot. Once bubbly, add the dry mixture and allow to cook and thicken (about 1-2 minutes), stirring occasionally. Option: Stir in butter or ghee. Add desired toppings and enjoy!
