Ingredients required are:
1) Vegetable Stock
1/2 Guard
1 & 1/2 Tomato
1/2 Zucchini
3-4 Tendli (Lilltle Guard)
1/2 Drumstick
2 Parvar (Pointed Guard)
3-4 French Beans
Few Basil leaves
Water as required

2) Low Calorie Diet Soup
1 & 1/2 tbsp Ghee
1/4 bowl French beans (finely chopped)
1/4 bowl Broccoli ( (finely chopped)
1/4 bowl Zucchini (finely chopped)
1/4 Red Bell Pepper (finely chopped)
1/4 Green Bell Pepper(finely chopped) (optional)
1/4 Yellow Bell Pepper (finely chopped) (optional)
1/4 bowl Iceberg (finely chopped)
Vegetable stock (1 litre approx)
1 & 1/2 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Black pepper
