Ingredients:
½ Cup Oil
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ KG Minced Mutton
2 Tomatoes (Medium-sized & chopped)
1 cup Fried Onions
Salt (As needed)
2 tbsp Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Cumin
½ Tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp coriander Powder
1 Cup water
150 gm (White Beans (Boiled)
1 Cup yogurt
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
Directions for Keema Lobia :
1. Add cooking oil in a pan
2. Then add ginger garlic paste, fry it lightly
3. Add minced mutton, tomatoes, fried onions, salt, red chili powder, cumin, turmeric powder, Garam Masala, coriander powder, water & cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame
4. Then add white beans (Boiled), Garam Masala, & cook for some seconds
5. Complete Garnishing with the help of lemon slices & green chilies
6. Serve with Chapati & Raita

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serve: 3-4
