Ingredients:

Spiced Gingerbread Loaf

2 cups all-purpose flour (250g)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 and 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 and 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
a pinch of pepper powder
3/4 cup dark molasses (180ml)
3/4 cup hot water (180ml)
1/2 cup butter, (115g )
1/3 cup packed brown sugar (67g)
1 egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
For Orange Icing
1 cup confectioners sugar (120g)
23 Tablespoons orange juice

Quick Cinnamon Swirl Bread

for cinnamon swirl:
1/2 cup sugar (100grams)
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

For the Bread:
2 cups all purpose flour (250 grams)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3/4 cup castor sugar (150 grams)
1/3 cup plain yoghurt, ( 80 grams)
2/3 cup milk (160ml)
1/3 cup any flavourless oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Banana Cream Cheese Bread

2/3 cup cake flour (100grams)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/4 cup butter (60grams)
1/4 cup sugar (50grams)
2 bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons whipping cream
1/2 cup cream cheese
20 grams icing /powdered sugar
dash of vanilla extract
1 & 1/2 tablespoons cake flour

Date & Almond Loaf

80grams flaked almonds
120grams soft butter
200grams caster sugar
2 eggs
180ml yoghurt or curd
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
250 grams all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
175 grams chopped dates
